Patient Satisfaction

Our Vision — to be remembered by each patient as providing the care and compassion we would want for our families and ourselves — makes a bold statement about how important is to us about how our patients and their families feel about the care and experience they receive in our hospitals. We measure that care and the experience in two ways and report, monitor and adjust our processes.

Patient Satisfaction (Press Ganey) – Inpatients and Outpatients are surveyed by a national, independent survey company by hospital.

Patient Experience (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Health Plans Survey, HCAHPS) – Inpatient survey standardized for hospitals across the United States.
