About Our Practice
Welcome to Parkridge Medical Associates. Our goal is to deliver informed, innovative, quality care. We encourage and promote active patient participation in the monitoring and management of their health care.
Our practice is recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). The Patient-Centered Medical Home is a health care setting that emphasizes partnerships between individual patients and their personal physicians, and when appropriate, the patients' families.
What is a Family Practice Physician?
Family practice physicians are trained to treat the whole person, physically and emotionally. They provide comprehensive medical care to you and your family. Your family physician will get to know you and your medical history to personalize your care.
