Reid W. Tribble, MD, graduated from Clemson University. He earned his doctor of medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He then completed a residency in general surgery at The North Carolina Baptist Hospital, Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston Salem, NC. His thoracic and cardiovascular residency was then completed at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center, Charlottesville, VA. He joined Carolina Cardiac Surgery Associates in 1995. Dr. Tribble has a special interest in aortic surgery. Other areas of interest are mitral valve repair, redo coronary bypass, and all areas of peripheral vascular surgery.
