Palmetto Health

It’s official! Palmetto Health has been recognized as best in health care for the fifth consecutive year by readers of The State newspaper in its annual Readers’ Choice awards announced Sunday, Oct. 26. Thank you!

Welcome to the holiday season—that whirlwind of gift-giving, decorating, holiday parties, countless activities—and who are we kidding, stress. While our imaginations are filled with images of bountiful feasts and idyllic family gatherings, a recent poll showed that more than 80% of us find the holiday season to be ‘somewhat’ or ‘very’ stressful. Wow, that’s a reality check. Maybe we should consider handling things differently this year. Somewhere between a Grinch-like avoidance of the holidays and an overindulgent, holiday frenzy, there is a middle path. Download our Holiday Survival Guide. Need to talk to someone?
