Employee Care Clinics

Workplace care on-site

Controlling your organization’s health care costs while maintaining productivity and improving the health of your employees can be challenging. We can help.

In addition to providing occupational health and wellness services, HealthWorks can provide employee care clinics at your workplace. Under the supervision of a physician, employees are cared for by nurse practitioners who provide treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.

Conditions our clinics treat include:
  • Allergy symptoms
  • Colds, flu, fever, sore throats, rashes and ear pain
  • UTIs
  • Simple infections, minor burns, minor cuts, scrapes, bruises, bug bites/stings, rashes
  • Minor sprains and strains
  • Preventive services such as annual screenings, vaccinations and health coaching also can be offered
What’s involved?

You provide the space at your facility, and we will provide the supplies, equipment, staff and electronic medical record. Services can be provided to employees and covered dependents (age two and older) at hours you determine. Our staff is available to come to your worksite for a few hours at a time, part-time or full-time to provide services to your employees.

We also have telemedicine capabilities that would require limited space at your worksite.
