21 Physicians Becoming Part of Palmetto Health Physician Practice Network

Palmetto Health welcomes the 21 physicians from the Moore Orthopedic Clinic who are joining the organization to create a new employed practice. Palmetto Health and the Moore physicians have worked together for many years, and this move will significantly strengthen Palmetto Health’s capacity and capability to meet patients’ needs for orthopedic services in the Midlands and beyond.

In joining Palmetto Health, the Moore physicians will also join the Palmetto Health Quality Collaborative, an accountable care organization of nearly 800 regional providers who are focused on achieving best practices in clinical outcomes and evidence-based care.

Over the next 90 days, Palmetto Health and the Moore physicians will be working closely to finalize details including Moore’s future office locations and surgery transition plans.
